Are your pieces made-to-order?
Yes. Every Giftivax piece is individually crafted after your order is placed.
We do not mass-produce or hold ready stock. This ensures quality, freshness, and attention to detail in every order.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Standard production and shipping occur within 2–5 business days.
If Express Processing is selected at checkout, we prioritize your order and aim to ship within 2 business days where possible.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because production begins quickly:
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, modifications are no longer possible.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are crafted and shipped from our USA production facility.
We use USPS for secure and tracked delivery.
For international orders, your local postal service completes delivery once the package enters your country.
How long does delivery take after shipping?
Estimated delivery times:
USA: 2–5 business days
Canada: 4–7 business days
Western Europe: 5–7 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 5–12 business days
These timeframes are typical but may vary slightly due to carrier conditions or customs processing.
Do you offer shipping protection?
Yes. At checkout, you may add optional Shipping Protection powered by Route.
This protects your package against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
Claims can be filed directly with Route if needed.
Shipping protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
International customers may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on local regulations.
While most small jewelry orders do not incur fees, any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives:

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include your order number and clear photos.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is made-to-order:
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Personalized items cannot be refunded.
Incorrect size selections are not eligible for refund.
If you believe your situation requires special consideration, we are happy to review it individually.
Why might my item look slightly different from the website?
We make every effort to present our designs accurately.
However:
Some listings use high-quality renderings to showcase variations.
Screen settings and lighting may cause slight color differences.
If you believe your piece has a defect, please contact us for review.
