All Giftivax jewelry is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you.

Standard Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Express Shipping Orders:
If Express Shipping is selected at checkout, we aim to ship your order within 2 business days.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

🚚 Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped from our USA production facility using:

USPS (United States Postal Service)

For international orders:

  • USPS handles the shipment until it reaches your country.
  • Your local postal carrier completes the final delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 4–7 business days
  • Western Europe: 5–7 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–12 business days

These delivery windows are estimates based on carrier performance.


🌍 International Shipping Notice

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Giftivax is not responsible for customs delays once the package has left the United States.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Giftivax is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Lost packages caused by incorrect address entry

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at giftivax@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
